“Rainbow Six Siege” released back in 2015 and it’s still one of the most popular shooters in the worlds. After a slow start, Ubisoft managed to improve many aspects of the game and attract millions of players on both consoles and PC.
In October Xbox officially confirmed that Rainbow Six Siege will be available on Console with Xbox Game Pass and cloud gaming on Androids with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
The company esports group manages their own global esports league for the game which has attracted major esports teams globally. The event last weekend will lead to the Grand Finals, Rainbow Six Siege 2020 tournament in December.
The teams competing included Dark Zero Esports, TSM, Oxygen Esports, Spacestation Gaming. TSM prevailed and will face off with the European championship team in December for the Grand Finals, which will determine the top global team for 2020 in the Ubisoft managed league.
Ubisoft tapped Asteri LiveStream to extend the viewership of the event to loyal game fans through Asteri’s network of game websites and social channels.
